Practical training

Six months of real work at ALA Core.

ALA Academy students do not learn theory alone. After building their foundation, they train for six months inside ALA Core, the company that owns ALA Academy, and apply what they learned in a real work context.

What it is

A six-month practical training period within ALA Core. It turns learning into practice and complements Self Learning; it does not replace it.

What students gain

An understanding of the work environment, hands-on experience with professional workflows, and the mindset and commitment that professional work requires.

How it fits the journey

Students first learn through structured courses, then train at ALA Core. Their performance during training feeds directly into the assessment that shapes their career path.

Who it is for

Students accepted into an ALA Academy programme who have completed the learning foundation and are ready to apply their skills with guidance.
