A clear path, not a list of videos
Every course is organised into modules and lessons that follow the course plan, so students always know where they are and what remains.
Self Learning is at the heart of the ALA Academy student experience. Students open a course, move through its modules and lessons, study the content and complete practice work and revision at their own pace between live sessions, while trainers keep guiding and supporting them.

Lessons include videos or learning materials and linked files and resources. Students can return to earlier lessons whenever they need to revise.
Quizzes and assessments help students measure their understanding and spot topics that need revision. Progress tracking shows what is completed and what is next.
Self Learning does not replace the trainer. Trainers build the path and guide students to the right lessons, resources and assessments, and the community space supports questions and discussion.
Live sessions and attendance are required. Every session is recorded, so you can watch it again later. Practice, revision and project work are flexible and you complete them at your own pace.
